Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Manager on a freelance basis to manage exhibition stand construction, production supervision, and dismantling. The role focuses on on-site execution, coordination, and timely delivery of exhibition projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise exhibition stand construction, installation, and dismantling
• Manage production-related activities including fabrication and logistics
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and on-site manpower
• Ensure execution as per approved technical drawings
• Maintain quality control, safety, and venue compliance
• Coordinate with organizers and clients during build-up and dismantling

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in exhibition stand construction, production, and dismantling
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD (for understanding drawings)
• Strong site supervision and coordination skills
• Ability to work under tight timelines during exhibitions
• Willingness to travel across India and internationally

Location:

Project-based / On-site (India & Global)

Compensation:

As per experience and project scope, mutually agreed upon as per the agreement

Job Types: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Vadodara Race Course, Gujarat
