Project manager – Exhibitions & Events

Job Summary: This role involves managing event and exhibition projects execution. The freelance project manager should be experienced in overseeing vendors, timelines, logistics, and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the project execution for exhibition stands and event activations.
• Coordinate logistics, fabrication, transportation, and manpower.
• Supervise on-site execution, installation, and dismantling.
• Ensure design integrity, quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years in managing events or exhibitions.
• Experience with large-scale fabrication and set ups
• Driving license with own car

Skills:

• Vendor management, logistics coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple project timelines under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
