Project Manager (Facade)

Job Summary

We M/s Hatim Glazing & Cladding Pvt Ltd seeking for a Project Manager – Façade Industry, is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering façade projects within scope, time, cost, and quality standards. The role involves coordination with clients, consultants, designers, vendors, and site teams to ensure successful completion of façade works including curtain walls, glazing, cladding, and related systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute façade projects from design development to handover
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients on technical and commercial matters
• Review façade drawings, shop drawings, calculations, and material submittals
• Prepare project schedules, method statements, and work programs
• Monitor project progress, productivity, and quality at site
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and fabrication schedules
• Control project costs, variations, and billing (RA bills, final bills)
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Attend project meetings and prepare progress reports
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of façade materials
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and snag clearance
• Ensure proper documentation and project close-out

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of façade systems (Curtain Wall, Unitized, Stick System, ACP, Stone, Glazing)
• Good understanding of façade engineering, fabrication, and installation processes
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Strong planning, coordination, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project / Primavera preferred)
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in façade projects (commercial / high-rise buildings preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fort, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
