Project Manager - Facade

Job Summary:

The Façade Project Manager (Aluminum) will be responsible for managing the design, fabrication, and installation of aluminum façade systems, ensuring project delivery within scope, time, quality, and budget. This role involves close coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure the successful execution of façade projects in compliance with industry standards and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end management of façade projects involving aluminum curtain wall, cladding, windows, and glazing systems.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate design development with architects, consultants, and internal design teams.
• Review technical drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage procurement, fabrication, and logistics of façade materials.
• Supervise on-site installation, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Conduct regular project meetings with stakeholders and provide progress reports.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, contractual obligations, and industry standards.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in façade or aluminum system project management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale façade projects involving aluminum and glazing systems.
• Strong technical understanding of façade systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards (ISO, ASTM, BS, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with unitized curtain wall systems and architectural aluminum products.
• Knowledge of façade testing procedures and standards.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification (advantageous).
