Project Manager - Facility and Construction Services

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in one of our California offices. We are looking for a highly motivated person that will drive growth by managing clients needs while providing fast-paced estimating services. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of construction standards and terminology to effectively guide and communicate with tradesmen. This role requires effective leadership skills, excellent communication standards, and strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and network with decision makers in the construction and facilities maintenance departments.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction within existing customer portfolio.
• Attend conferences and client meetings for marketing purposes.
• Supervise and train superintendants and foremen on best practices and effective communication with customers.
• Provide detailed and accurate estimates for potential work.
• Provide effective communication and job reports to clients.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to jobs and deadlines.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall field operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, or similar role within the construction industry.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to create customized reports to keep clients and account managers updated.
• Experience with estimating via take off quantities and conceptual budgets.
• Strong knowledge of construction related terminology and standards.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team to exceed client expectations.
• Sales experience is preferred to drive revenue growth in the service department.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
