Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of managerial experience in FM within Qatar (mandatory) – as a Project Manager or Facility Manager
- Engineering background with UPDA C and above
- Must hold PMP and/or CFM certification
- Strong expertise in HVAC, Electrical, Fire Systems, BMS, and general MEP maintenance
- Proven track record in managing complex FM contracts
- Skilled in budgeting, cost control, and procurement coordination
- Ability to prepare technical reports, proposals, and detailed project plans
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering
- Valid Qatar Driving License + NOC required
- Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred
What You Will Do:
- Lead end-to-end FM project operations across multiple sites
- Manage client relations and ensure all contract deliverables are met
- Drive improvements in quality, safety, and operational performance
- Monitor manpower allocation, workflows, and daily site progress
- Ensure adherence to QHSE standards and company policies
- Oversee technical teams and coordinate site activities effectively
