Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of managerial experience in FM within Qatar (mandatory) – as a Project Manager or Facility Manager
• Engineering background with UPDA C and above
• Must hold PMP and/or CFM certification
• Strong expertise in HVAC, Electrical, Fire Systems, BMS, and general MEP maintenance
• Proven track record in managing complex FM contracts
• Skilled in budgeting, cost control, and procurement coordination
• Ability to prepare technical reports, proposals, and detailed project plans
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering
• Valid Qatar Driving License + NOC required
• Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred

What You Will Do:

• Lead end-to-end FM project operations across multiple sites
• Manage client relations and ensure all contract deliverables are met
• Drive improvements in quality, safety, and operational performance
• Monitor manpower allocation, workflows, and daily site progress
• Ensure adherence to QHSE standards and company policies
• Oversee technical teams and coordinate site activities effectively
