Project Manager ( Female)

Job Summary

MISPL is a fast-growing IT services company delivering innovative web and mobile software solutions to clients across various industries. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Female) to lead software development projects, manage teams, and ensure successful project delivery with high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of web and mobile application projects
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Plan, assign, and track tasks while monitoring team performance
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules
• Identify project risks/issues and take timely corrective actions
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
• Conduct regular status meetings, demos, and project reviews
• Promote accountability, quality standards, and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in IT project management (software development preferred)
• Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills
• Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience using tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong client-handling and stakeholder management experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
