Job Purpose:

To manage and supervise Fire Fighting System projects from the planning stage through final handover, ensuring execution in accordance with technical specifications, approved schedule, and budget, while complying with Civil Defense requirements and international standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Full management of Fire Fighting System projects.
  • Preparing project plans, schedules, and monitoring site execution.
  • Supervising the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of fire fighting systems.
  • Coordinating with consultants, clients, contractors, and Civil Defense authorities.
  • Reviewing and approving mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
  • Monitoring material and equipment procurement and ensuring compliance with approved specifications.
  • Managing project teams (engineers, technicians, suppliers).
  • Following up on inspection, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
  • Monitoring project costs and controlling the approved budget.
  • Preparing periodic progress reports.
  • Identifying and managing risks and resolving technical and execution issues.
  • Supervising final handover activities and preparing all required documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in managing Fire Fighting System projects.
  • Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and Civil Defense codes.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and prepare project schedules.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
