Project Manager - Fit Out

Employment: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Interior Design and build industry in UAE, Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing fitout projects, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage fitout projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints

- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

- Oversee procurement and manage subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies

- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or modifications

- Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle

- Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and proposed solutions

- Lead, motivate, and mentor project teams to foster a collaborative and high-performing working environment

Requirements:

- Architecture Degree Holder

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in fitout projects within the interior design and build industry

- Strong understanding of fitout processes, materials, and construction methodologies

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a focus on team development and performance optimization

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

- Sound knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and their application in fitout projects

- Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED16,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
