Project Manager – Fit-Out

We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Project Manager to oversee and execute interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, proven site management skills, and hands-on experience managing commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential fit-out projects in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project workflow.
• Prepare project schedules, work programs, procurement plans, and progress reports.
• Ensure project delivery within approved budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections regularly to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to site challenges promptly.
• Manage subcontractors, monitor resource allocation, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Oversee documentation such as RFIs, variation orders, method statements, and handover documents.
• Maintain strong client communication and provide regular updates on project status.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, DCD, and other relevant authorities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 5–7 years of proven fit-out project management experience in Dubai (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of local authority approvals and fit-out regulations.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of joinery, MEP coordination, materials, and finishes.

Preferred

• UAE driving license.
• Previous experience with reputed fit-out contractors or design & build companies.
