Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Fit-Out to lead the final-stage finishing works of a Kimpton luxury lifestyle hotel project in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination, quality control, and timely handover in line with brand and authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver the final fit-out phase of the hotel project
• Coordinate and supervise fit-out contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Control project schedule, quality, cost, and HSE
• Liaise with the Client, Kimpton Hotel Management, Consultants, and Supervision Team
• Ensure compliance with Kimpton brand standards, approved drawings, and specifications
• Manage materials, mock-ups, samples, and inspections
• Lead snagging, de-snagging, testing, commissioning, and final handover
• Manage close-out documentation including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and warranties
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and local authority regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• 10+ years of construction experience, including 5+ years in hotel fit-out projects
• Proven experience delivering 5-star or luxury boutique hotel projects
• Experience with Kimpton or similar luxury lifestyle hotel brands is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of fit-out works and FF&E coordination
• Familiar with UAE construction regulations and authority approvals
• Proficient in Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
