Project Manager – Fit-Out / Interiors

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead interior fit-out projects in Dubai. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage fit-out projects from concept to handover.

• Prepare budgets, schedules, and monitor progress.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality and safety compliance.

• Resolve project issues and manage resources efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil, Architecture, or related field.

• 4–6 years in interior fit-out or MEP projects in Dubai/GCC.

• Strong project management, budgeting, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with Dubai building codes and safety standards.

• PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus.
