Project Manager – Fiverr and Upwork (Bookkeeping Services)

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to manage and grow our Fiverr team account and Upwork team account focused on bookkeeping services. This role includes handling clients from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout.

Responsibilities include managing client communication (including Zoom meetings), understanding project requirements, assigning tasks to team members, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery. You will also handle revisions, maintain service quality, and ensure client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in managing multiple projects, with a strong understanding of bookkeeping services (QuickBooks preferred) and Fiverr and Upwork workflows.

Requirements:

• 1+years’ of experience with an Freelance Accounting firm.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in tools such as QBO, Xero, Wave, Odoo.
