About the Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Dubai team. You will lead cross-functional initiatives across product launches, marketing programs, and operational projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and strong alignment with global teams.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, international environments and has direct experience in FMCG, beauty, or wellness sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional projects from kickoff to completion.
• Manage timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, supply chain, and product teams across regions.
• Track project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure alignment with global standards, brand guidelines, and quality expectations.
• Prepare regular progress reports for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Mandatory background in FMCG, beauty, or wellness industries.
• Experience working for international companies (US, European, or Japanese organizations).
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Must be currently based in Dubai and eligible to work in the UAE.

Nice to Have

• Experience with product launches or regional market rollouts.
• Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or similar).

Pay: From AED250,000.00 per year
