Project Manager for Exhibition

We're Hiring: Project Manager for Events & Exhibitions

Location: based in Dubai
Job Type: Full-time
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in the exhibitions/events industry

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team in the events and exhibitions industry, focusing on booth setup and on-site execution for local and international trade shows.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinate the planning, setup, and breakdown of exhibition booths
• Work closely with design and production teams to turn technical plans into successful builds
• Read and interpret floor plans and venue layouts accurately
• Supervise on-site teams, vendors, and contractors during installation
• Maintain communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Ensure timely project delivery while keeping quality, safety, and budget in mind

Qualification:

• Age is around 30-year-old.
• 3- 5 years’ experience in Exhibitions, events, trade show or construction related project coordination.
• Able to read and understand floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of exhibition build-up processes, booth fabrication, installation, dismantling, logistics and venue regulations.
• Understanding of materials and production methods (wood, metal, printing, AV, Rigging, electrical, lighting)
• Familiarity with HSE(health & Safety) guidelines for events and exhibition halls.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); preference will be given to candidates who can also speak Arabic or Hindi
• With UAE Driver’s license
• Reliable, organized, and proactive on-site and off-site

A plus but not mandatory:

• Experience working on international trade shows or exhibitions in the Middle East
• Knowledge of sustainable or modular booth designs
• Basic budgeting and reporting skills
