Project Manager for TL Erection Project

• Determines and procures the necessary resources, including manpower, materials (towers, conductors), and specialized erection machinery.
• Creates a detailed budget and financial forecast, ensuring all resources are acquired within the financial limits.
• Develops a comprehensive project timeline that includes all phases, from initial surveys and design to commissioning.
• Coordinates with government agencies, landowners, and local communities to secure the necessary land and clear the ROW, which is a major challenge for many TL projects.
• Navigates the complex landscape of regulatory clearances, including environmental and forest permits, to ensure all legal requirements are met.
• Manages contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and engineering consultants to ensure compliance with terms and quality.
• Builds, manages, and mentors the site team, including engineers, supervisors, and contractors, to achieve project milestones.
• Tracks daily physical progress against the project schedule and takes corrective action when necessary to prevent delays.
• Manages the final inspection and testing phases to ensure the transmission line is fully functional and meets design and service parameters.
• Oversees the handover of the completed project and reconciles all documentation with the client.
