Project Manager – German Recruitment Division

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the launch of our German Manpower Consultancy Division.
The selected candidate will be responsible for setting up the entire German recruitment operations from scratch; including team formation, process design, tie-ups with language academies, and launching our own German language training center.

This role suits a candidate who has prior experience in German healthcare or skilled manpower recruitment, is confident in establishing new systems, and is ready to grow with the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Development

  • Plan and implement the operational setup for the German recruitment division.
  • Establish process flow for candidate registration, language training, documentation, and deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations related to German recruitment and migration.

2. Team Building

  • Identify and recruit counsellors, documentation officers, and support staff.
  • Train the new team on German recruitment processes and service standards.
  • Set daily/weekly performance goals and monitor team output.

3. Partnership Development

  • Build partnerships with German language academies, Goethe-certified trainers, and universities.
  • Develop tie-ups with German employers, hospitals, and recruitment partners for manpower placement.
  • Coordinate with Dataflow, embassy agents, and German licensing bodies.

4. Language Wing Setup

  • Plan and launch an in-house German language training center.
  • Recruit certified trainers and design A1–B2 level courses in line with recruitment goals.
  • Support marketing and admissions activities for the language center.

5. Recruitment & Business Operations

  • Source and screen candidates for Germany-bound job opportunities.
  • Guide candidates through documentation, language, and visa processes.
  • Manage end-to-end placement operations ensuring quality and compliance.

6. Growth & Reporting

  • Achieve monthly recruitment targets and revenue goals.
  • Prepare progress reports and business forecasts for management review.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4–7 years of experience in international recruitment (preferably Germany/Europe).
  • Proven track record in German manpower sourcing or language-linked recruitment projects.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of German language (A2 or above) is an added advantage.

Compensation Package:

Component Details

Monthly Salary (Fixed) ₹50,000 per month

Performance Incentive Based on successful recruitment closures and project milestones

Other Benefits

Travel allowance + business expenses reimbursement

Managing Director

Work Location:

Cochin (Head Office) — occasional travel to partner academies or clients in India or abroad.
