Project Manager / Graphic Designer

We are a dynamic sign shop specializing in creating high-quality signage solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager who also has strong graphic design skills to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate sign production projects from concept to completion.
• Keep the production team organized, on schedule, and on task.
• Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
• Read and interpret building plans and blueprints for accurate sign installation.
• Design signage using Adobe Illustrator, ensuring creativity aligns with client expectations and project specifications.
• Collaborate with production staff to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a signage, printing, or similar production environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to keep multiple projects on track.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Experience reading and interpreting building plans or architectural drawings.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator as a primary design tool.
• Graphic design experience with a portfolio of relevant work is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in signage production and installation.
• Familiarity with other design software or production tools.
• Customer service or sales experience.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
