Project Manager - Health and Human Services

Position Overview:

The Project Manager (PM) will be expected to provide day-to-day project management leadership on multiple healthcare related projects. The PM will manage the full life cycle of projects including planning, design, construction and closeout. The PM may be the sole Owner’s Representative staffer on these projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, preferably on health and human services projects.
• Experience working on healthcare related projects.
• Experience working on projects with the DC Department of Health & Human Services
• Strong leadership, decisionmaking, and policy implementation skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in budget management, scheduling, risk assessment, and contingency planning.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
• Knowledge of quality assurance and safety standards.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
