Project Manager – High Rise Projects

A reputed Main Contractor in the UAE is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead high-rise construction projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall project planning, execution, and delivery
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior management
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and specifications
• Monitor project risks, variations, and claims
• Ensure quality, safety, and timely project completion

Requirements

• 15–20 years of experience in construction projects
• Proven experience managing high-rise buildings in the UAE
• Strong contract administration and leadership skills
• PMP certification is an advantage

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
