Project Manager – Hospitality Sector

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee and execute a variety of projects within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams from project inception through to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage hospitality-related projects end-to-end, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery
- Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical reports to track progress, KPIs, and overall performance
- Strong proficiency in generating structured daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and facilitate alignment across departments and leadership
- Plan, lead, and document meetings with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure they are operating effectively, aligned with project goals, and meeting performance expectations
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Continuously improve project management processes and reporting standards
- Create visually compelling charts, graphics, and reports using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and maintaining high satisfaction
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- 3–5+ years of project management experience (hospitality or service industry)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — able to confidently speak with clients and build strong relationships
- Proficient in project management tools and data visualization tools
- Proficient in creating charts and data visualizations for reports and presentations using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva
- Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience producing structured daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Proficient in Canva for designing high-quality presentations, reports, and visual materials
- PMP or a similar certification is a plus
- Comfortable leading cross-functional and remote teams
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
