Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager with a strong background in delivering projects within the iGaming industry. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution—managing timelines, resources, teams, and deliverables across product development, platform launches, integrations, and operational improvements. The ideal candidate understands the complexities of iGaming platforms (casino, sportsbook, affiliate systems) and can lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and deliver multiple iGaming projects from concept to completion (e.g., platform launches, product updates, integrations)
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and resource needs in coordination with stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, tech, marketing, design, and compliance
• Track project progress, manage risks, and adjust plans to meet deadlines and deliverables
• Ensure clear communication across teams and with management through regular updates and reporting
• Manage third-party vendors or development partners where applicable
• Conduct post-project evaluations and continuous improvement analysis
• Ensure projects comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal standards
• Maintain clear documentation of all project-related materials

Requirements:

• 4+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in the iGaming industry
• Strong understanding of online casino and/or sportsbook platforms and related technologies
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello)
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations in iGaming (e.g., MGA, Curacao, UKGC)
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or a related field
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
