Project Manager in Night Shift for Software House in International Sales

We are looking to hire a Project Manager for our international sales business unit for the night shift.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising all production teams (Development, Design, Social Media, Multimedia, SEO, Marketing, Etc), driving performance, and ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of projects to clients.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between sales and production, ensuring alignment with business objectives, client expectations, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Oversight

• Lead, mentor, and oversee all projects overseeing including developers, designers, etc.
• Establish clear performance goals, KPIs, and accountability frameworks.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Project & Delivery Management

• Ensure end-to-end project management, from requirement gathering to delivery and post-delivery support.
• Track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely completion of all client projects.
• Implement standardized project management processes and tools to streamline operations.

Client Management

• Act as an escalation point for project delivery issues.
• Ensure client expectations are managed effectively, with proactive communication and reporting.
• Maintain strong relationships with international clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.

Operational Excellence

• Monitor production output and resource allocation across teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning, capacity building, and scaling operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in project management
• Proven experience managing multiple teams and large-scale international projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, ClickUp) and reporting dashboards.
