Project Manager - India

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Global Services team in Mumbai, India.

In this role, you will manage international customer projects, ensure the project goals are met, customer expectations are fulfilled and handle customer relations in the best way within the contract scope.

You will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, risk management, control and completion of selected RAD customer facing projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

Location: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, India

Responsibilities

• Establish project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources, plans and monitor all activities
• Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and escalations
• Handle customer and stakeholder engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress
• Manage project finance and budget where applicable
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Project specific Risk Management, analysis and mitigation
• Track project deliverables
• Provide direction and support to project team
• Quality assurance
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably of communication projects
• Qualification in project management or equivalent (PMP preferred)
• Proven experience in people management in a matrix environment of a global company
• Proven experience in risk management and change management
• Customer understanding and service orientation
• Strong technical background, preferably in data/network communications
• Fluent in English
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Effective communicator with solid negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
• Team-oriented, resilient under pressure, and business-savvy with financial understanding
