Project Manager (Industrial / Manufacturing Projects)

Role Purpose

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale industrial and manufacturing projects. The role requires strong expertise in project lifecycle management, stakeholder coordination, and compliance with regulatory frameworks, including Royal Commission (RC) standards. The candidate must have a proven track record in managing complex projects within industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Project Team throughout the lifecycle of project.
Lead end-to-end project management activities from initiation to close-out
Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with Royal Commission (RC) standards and industrial regulations
Oversee design management, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases
Monitor project performance (cost, schedule, quality) using tools such as Primavera P6
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Manage contract administration, variations, and claims
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders
Ensure adherence to HSE standards and company QMS procedures
