About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Project Manager with strong experience in infrastructure consulting in the Middle East. The primary objective of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and project management support for an initiative focused on establishing production and enabling the successful market introduction of GFRP rebars (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer) and composite meshes across the Middle East as well as other international markets.
The Project Manager will lead project coordination, manage communication with stakeholders, support recruitment for the project team, prepare documentation and reports, and conduct market analysis to support strategic decision-making. This role requires a high level of autonomy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to operate effectively within a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the construction and infrastructure landscape in the Middle East, including regulatory frameworks, certification requirements, and procurement processes for building materials. Experience in consulting and market research is essential. Knowledge of composite materials or construction technologies, as well as an established professional network in the region, will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Project Management & Coordination
· Lead and coordinate the execution of the GFRP rebars and composite meshes project from planning to implementation.
· Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables; ensure adherence to deadlines.
· Track tasks, manage priorities, and maintain clear documentation of progress.
· Prepare and present project status updates, reports, and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
2) Stakeholder Management
· Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the project.
· Coordinate communication between internal teams, suppliers, consultants, certification bodies, and external partners.
· Facilitate meetings, prepare meeting materials, and ensure follow-up on action items.
3) Regulatory & Certification Support
· Assist in identifying regulatory, certification, and compliance requirements for GFRP products in the Middle East.
· Support preparation of necessary documentation and applications for product approvals.
4) Recruitment & Team Support
· Assist in hiring and onboarding project-specific personnel, including technical and administrative roles.
· Organize project team workflows and support cross-functional collaboration.
5) Documentation & Reporting
· Prepare business reports, presentations, proposals, and other project-related documentation.
· Support financial planning, budgeting, and cost tracking for project activities.
· Maintain accurate and organized records of contracts, approvals, and project files.
6) Operational & Administrative Support
· Coordinate logistics, site visits, vendor interactions, and workflow organization.
· Support operational tasks such as procurement, data analysis, and preparation of regulatory submissions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
· At least 3 years of experience in top-tier consulting firms (e.g., Big Four or equivalent), with a strong focus on infrastructure projects in the Middle East.
· Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder projects, preferably involving new market entry, factory setup, production development, or industrial operations.
· Ability to work independently, make decisions proactively, and drive progress in a fast- paced environment.
· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage complex workflows, timelines, and documentation.
· Fluency in English is required; Russian is a strong plus.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with suppliers, authorities, contractors, and internal teams.
