Job Description:

• Lead the planning and execution of projects to achieve timely completion while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Keep management consistently informed through clear and timely updates on project progress.
• Proactively identify risks, evaluate potential impacts, and implement plans to minimize disruptions.
• Champion a strong safety culture by enforcing jobsite safety standards and practices.
• Oversee quality expectations by ensuring work aligns with project specifications and established QA/QC procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve field issues as they arise, making decisions that keep projects moving forward.
• Develop, maintain, and drive the Master Project Schedule to ensure project milestones are met.
• Partner with the preconstruction team to support planning, budgeting, and project setup.
• Coordinate with Finance to initiate billing processes and monitor payment timelines.
• Provide regular updates on schedule and financial performance through Operations Review Meetings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive construction experience
• Civil Engineering or Construction Management bachelor’s degree or possesses equivalent experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, including both oral and written skills.
• Computer skills, including proficiency with CAD and Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Strong ability to work both autonomously and with active management involvement.
• Demonstrated ability to promote a safe work environment.
• Ability to problem solve and adjust to changing circumstances.
