Job Summary

We are seeking a Seasoned Project Manager with strong Infrastructure experience to lead and coordinate multiple technology initiatives including Monitoring & Alerting implementation, LEAPP migration, Windows In-Place Upgrade programs, and Infrastructure Automation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing enterprise infrastructure projects, coordinating across engineering, operations, and security teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.

This role requires a hands-on project leader who can manage complex technical programs, track dependencies, drive stakeholder communication, and maintain strong execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

Lead and manage enterprise infrastructure projects including Monitoring/Alerting platform implementation and modernization initiatives.
Oversee multiple concurrent infrastructure programs, including:
- LEAPP migration initiatives
- Windows In-Place OS upgrade programs
- Infrastructure automation and operational efficiency projects
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.

Program & Stakeholder Management

Coordinate cross-functional teams including Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud, Security, DevOps, and Operations.
Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, leadership, and business stakeholders.
Facilitate project meetings, status updates, risk reviews, and stakeholder communications.

Execution & Delivery

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and progress tracking.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers and drive mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to change management, release management, and governance processes.
Monitor project health through KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.

Process & Automation Initiatives

Support initiatives focused on infrastructure automation, operational efficiency, and platform modernization.
Collaborate with engineering teams to align project delivery with DevOps and automation frameworks.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain project documentation including roadmaps, risk logs, RAID trackers, and status reports.
Provide executive-level reporting on project progress, risks, and outcomes.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of Project Management experience, with a strong focus on IT Infrastructure projects.
Proven experience managing complex technical programs across multiple teams.
Experience delivering projects involving:
- Monitoring and Alerting systems
- OS upgrades (Windows/Linux)
- Infrastructure migrations
- Automation initiatives
Strong understanding of data center, server infrastructure, and enterprise IT environments.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing large-scale OS upgrade programs (Windows In-Place Upgrade).
Familiarity with LEAPP migration or similar Linux upgrade/migration tools.
Experience with Infrastructure automation, DevOps, or platform engineering initiatives.
Certification such as:
- PMP
- PRINCE2
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
