The Project Manager – Injection Trainings will serve as the lead architect for developing and upskilling healthcare professionals (HCPs) in injection techniques and digital engagement for Dysport.
This role is responsible for creating and implementing high-impact training programs, master classes, and digital education platforms to elevate technical skills, understand anatomy, and master face muscles to ensure clinical excellence across the Kingdom.
The position requires independent problem-solving to translate complex clinical data into actionable training modules that align with global strategy and local regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
Training Strategy & Development: Lead the development and execution of the local Injection Training roadmap, focusing on clinical excellence and Dysport education for HCPs and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Digital Education Ecosystem: Design and manage digital assets and integrated multi-channel platforms to facilitate remote learning and continuous medical education.
Scientific Engagement: Organize and execute high-impact training sessions, master classes, and symposia,
Local Trainer Development: Identify and develop local trainers and expert injectors to expand the brand's educational reach.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the point of contact to align training initiatives across Sales, Medical, and Regulatory teams to ensure all programs comply with internal policies and local regulations.
Performance: Track the effectiveness of training programs and digital engagement, utilizing market intelligence to refine educational strategies.
Budget Management: Manage the training budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize the impact on HCP competency .
Knowledge and Experience:
Proven experience in pharmaceutical or dental or aesthetic market (ideally within injectables/neuromodulators).
Strong medical understanding
