Project Manager – Interior Architecture & Design

About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Project Manager to join our high-end design firm. As our dedicated boots on the ground in Miami, you will be directly responsible for overseeing the execution of premium spaces. You will ensure that every phase of construction and installation strictly aligns with our exacting standards, from initial conceptualization through to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Active Site Monitoring & Supervision: Maintain a continuous physical presence on-site to closely monitor all construction and installation activities. Ensure all work strictly adheres to the approved design concepts, AutoCAD plans, and spatial layouts.
• Progress Reporting & Documentation: Generate detailed, consistent reports on site conditions, achieved milestones, and timeline tracking. Proactively communicate any discrepancies, delays, or required adjustments to the core design team and stakeholders.
• Project Lifecycle Management: Take ownership of the project's daily execution, driving it toward a timely and on-budget completion while preserving strict design integrity.
• Contractor & Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary on-site liaison for contractors, trades, and vendors. Oversee custom fabrication, millwork installation, and high-end furniture procurement directly at the site.
• Quality Control & Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve on-site challenges, ensuring the highest quality standards are met without compromising the overall design vision.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management within the interior architecture or design industry, with a strong track record of on-site supervision for premium projects.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to draft clear, comprehensive project reports.
• Strong technical understanding and proficiency in AutoCAD, allowing for accurate on-site verification of plans and spatial planning.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple moving parts simultaneously.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
