About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager with a passion for interior design and a strong background in engineering or architecture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can handle multiple projects simultaneously and is committed to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from concept to completion for interior design projects.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal design teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress, budget, timelines and resource allocation.
• Prepare and present project reports, schedules and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, progress and resolve on-site challenges.
• Track and report daily progress and resources deployed at each project site.
• Use MS Project to manage tasks, assign resources and adjust timelines based on real-time site updates.
• Maintain an updated dashboard or reporting system to inform management of milestones, delays and resource efficiency.
• Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or both.
• A minimum of 3 years of project management experience in interior design, renovation or construction, preferably with a reputed firm.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, design development and execution phases.
• Proficient in project management tools including MS Project and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience working in the GCC region.
• Familiarity with UAE regulatory requirements and building codes.
• Experience managing luxury, commercial or residential interior design projects.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English (written and verbal) essential
• Arabic or any additional language proficiency will be considered an advantage

Additional Requirements:

• Valid UAE Driving License – mandatory
• Willingness to travel to project sites across the UAE
• Strong documentation and daily reporting skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines efficiently
• Passion for design and high aesthetic standards
