Project Manager – Interior Design

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager with 4–5 years of experience in the interior design or fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee interior design projects from start to finish.
• Work closely with designers, architects, vendors, and contractors.
• Prepare project timelines, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Ensure all work complies with design specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to track work progress.
• Manage client communication and maintain strong client relationships.
• Source materials, furnishings, and liaise with suppliers.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and execution of project stages.
• Maintain project documentation and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in project management within the interior design or construction field.
• Strong knowledge of design processes, materials, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management tools and design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project, etc.).
• Ability to lead teams and resolve on-site challenges efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP or similar project management certification (optional but a plus).
• Experience working in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects.
• Understanding of local building codes and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
