Project Manager (Interior Design & Build)

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead our interior design and build projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in delivering complex projects within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from concept design, authority approvals, procurement, execution, to handover
• Lead and coordinate project teams including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and progress reports for management and clients
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, progress, and safety compliance
• Manage client communications, ensuring all requirements are met and expectations exceeded
• Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation plans
• Ensure all works comply with local authority regulations and health & safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• 7+ years of experience managing turnkey interior fit-out projects (corporate offices, commercial, and public spaces)
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, authority regulations, and permit processes
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• PMP certification is an advantage
