Job Title: Project Manager – Interior Design

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Project Manager to oversee interior design and fit-out projects from planning to handover. The candidate will coordinate with clients, designers, site supervisors, vendors, and labour teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with design team for drawings and approvals.
• Prepare project schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Supervise site activities and manage site supervisors.
• Handle material planning, procurement coordination, and vendor management.
• Monitor project budget and control costs.
• Ensure quality control and safety standards at site.
• Conduct client meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Resolve site issues and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage billing, BOQ verification, and work progress reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years experience in interior project execution.
• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of site execution and materials.
• Ability to read drawings and manage BOQ.
• Good leadership and team coordination skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and project tracking tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
• Vendor and labour handling experience.
• Knowledge of cutting list and production coordination is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
