Project Manager – Interior Design (Data Center Projects)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead and manage interior design projects, with a strong focus on data center environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project execution, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end management of complex interior projects in the technology or infrastructure space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:
• Oversee interior design projects from concept to completion with a focus on data center facilities.
• Prepare and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Client & Stakeholder Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project goals.
• Site Coordination & Supervision:
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate with contractors, MEP consultants, and vendors to ensure timely execution.
• Design & Technical Oversight:
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure adherence to data center standards (e.g., airflow, load-bearing structures, cable management, fire suppression).
• Understand and apply technical requirements for data centers, including raised flooring, server racks, cooling systems, and electrical infrastructure.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain up-to-date documentation including project reports, drawings, change orders, and meeting minutes.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in project management within interior design, with at least 1–2 years in data center projects.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and environmental needs.
• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance (e.g., ISO, ASHRAE, Uptime Institute Tier Standards).
• Strong vendor and contractor management capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
