Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee interior design and fit-out projects from inception to handover. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent leadership and communication skills to ensure successful project delivery within time, budget, and quality parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage multiple interior design and fit-out projects simultaneously.
• Act as the main liaison between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate with authorities such as Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, DEWA, and other agencies for necessary permits and approvals.
• Prepare and monitor detailed project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with design intent and company quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with the design, procurement, and joinery departments for smooth execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress evaluations, and risk assessments.
• Ensure all works comply with contractual obligations, technical specifications, and HSE requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the interior design, fit-out, or construction sector.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical field is mandatory.

• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, finishes, and materials.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• In-depth understanding of UAE construction codes and approval processes.

• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently.
