Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager with 5–6 years of experience in interior design and fit-out project management, including at least 2–3 years of experience working on data center projects. The role requires a strong grasp of interior fit-out processes, project execution, and technical coordination specific to mission-critical environments like data centers.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

• Plan, execute, and deliver interior design and fit-out projects, with a focus on data center environments.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules, allocate resources, and manage timelines and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to project scope, client expectations, and technical specifications.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the single point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Understand the technical and operational needs of data center clients (e.g., raised flooring, cooling systems integration, cabling pathways).
• Present progress updates and manage change requests effectively.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination

• Work closely with vendors, MEP contractors, civil and interior teams to ensure all activities are synchronized and executed on time.
• Manage procurement and logistics to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment, particularly for critical infrastructure components (e.g., fire-rated partitions, cable trays, access control systems).

Site Supervision & Quality Control

• Oversee on-site execution of work including partitions, ceilings, flooring, server room finishes, control rooms, etc.
• Coordinate with IT, HVAC, and electrical teams to ensure integration with the overall data center design.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Cost Management & Documentation

• Prepare and control project budgets; track costs to ensure profitability.
• Maintain accurate documentation including project reports, BOQs, MOMs, and invoices.
• Prepare and present weekly progress and financial reports to management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5–6 years of project management experience in interior design or construction, with hands-on experience in data center or IT infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of technical fit-outs, precision HVAC, raised flooring, false ceiling, EMI/EMC compliance, fireproofing, and structured cabling in data centers.

Key Skills

• Project Management Tools (MS Project, Primavera, Excel)
• Design & Drafting Software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit – preferred)
