Project Manager- Interior Fit Out

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee interior fit-out and joinery projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial, Health Care and residential fit-out works, with proven expertise in joinery, site execution, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee interior fit-out and joinery projects to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective measures when required.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively.
• Lead and motivate site teams to deliver high-quality workmanship.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates with management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in project management within interior fit-out and joinery.
• Strong knowledge of joinery works, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
