Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out Company

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver high-end interior fit-out projects from inception to handover. The candidate must have a strong technical background, leadership ability, and proven experience managing fast-track commercial, retail, and hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle — from mobilization and planning to completion and handover.
• Coordinate between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Review drawings, material submittals, and ensure compliance with design and authority requirements.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, procurement schedules, and progress reporting.
• Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and site progress to meet company standards.
• Lead project meetings and ensure prompt communication on project milestones and challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design.
• Minimum 7 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out project management.
• Proven record of managing multiple fit-out projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, joinery, and finishing details.
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / AutoCAD is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Candidate

• Previous experience with a fit-out or turnkey contracting firm in the UAE.
• Ability to manage high-value projects independently.
