Experienced Project Manager with minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in managing interior fit-out projects in the UAE. Skilled in coordinating all project phases to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and high-quality outcomes. Strong knowledge of local regulations, suppliers, and construction standards, with experience across commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and deliver interior fit-out projects on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and UAE regulations.
- Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Report project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
