Project Manager interior fit outs

Position: Project Manager – Commercial Interior Fit-Out
Location:Pune]
Experience: 4+ years in handling commercial interior fit-out projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out projects
• Prepare and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery of projects
• Track and report project progress, risks, and issues
• Manage documentation, contracts, and approvals
• Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site challenges

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial interior fit-out projects (must have 4+ years)
• Strong project management and team leadership skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and other project management tools
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques in commercial interiors
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred:

• PMP or relevant project management certification
• Experience in high-end commercial projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
