Position: Project Manager – Commercial Interior Fit-Out
Location:Pune]
Experience: 4+ years in handling commercial interior fit-out projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out projects
- Prepare and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery of projects
- Track and report project progress, risks, and issues
- Manage documentation, contracts, and approvals
- Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site challenges
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial interior fit-out projects (must have 4+ years)
- Strong project management and team leadership skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and other project management tools
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques in commercial interiors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred:
- PMP or relevant project management certification
- Experience in high-end commercial projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
