Job Title: Project Manager – Interior Fitout

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Reports To: Operations Manager/General Manager

Driving License: Required

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, plan, and execute interior fitout projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop and manage project schedules, procurement plans, and cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Oversee site activities, monitor progress, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving any issues that may arise.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, variations, and approvals.
• Ensure quality control measures are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in interior fitout project management within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of fitout materials, finishes, MEP coordination, and construction methodologies.
• Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with local authority regulations (ADM, DM, Trakhees, Civil Defense, etc.).
• PMP certification is a plus.
• UAE Driving License is required.
