Project manager (interiors)

An Interior Design Project Manager oversees interior design projects from start to finish, managing timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring client expectations are met. Key responsibilities include coordinating with clients, designers, architects, and contractors; developing project plans; monitoring progress through site visits; and resolving issues to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Core responsibilities

• Project oversight: Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and design through to completion and handover.
• Client management: Meet with clients to understand their requirements, communicate project progress, and manage their expectations.
• Budget and timeline management: Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, estimate costs, and monitor all expenses to ensure projects stay within budget.
• Team and vendor coordination: Coordinate with and direct the activities of designers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Quality control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure the work is being executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Risk management: Identify potential risks or obstacles and develop strategies to mitigate them to keep the project on track.
• Problem-solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle in a timely manner.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as construction management, architecture, or a related discipline is often required.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in interior design or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse project teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and design applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
