The Opportunity (Role Overview)

We are looking for a highly strategic, results-oriented, and seasoned Project Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for managing complex, cross-functional projects that directly impact our business objectives and growth trajectory. You will be the central point of contact, ensuring alignment between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Project Lifecycle Management:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects using methodologies such as Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and/or Waterfall, as appropriate.
• Define clear project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, budgets, and resource allocation schedules.

Stakeholder & Team Leadership:

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (Engineering, Marketing, Operations) and external partners.
• Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, promoting accountability and a collaborative working environment.
• Facilitate efficient and productive project meetings (e.g., stand-ups, retrospectives, steering committee updates).

Risk and Change Management:

• Proactively identify potential project risks and bottlenecks, developing mitigation and contingency plans.
• Manage project changes, ensuring all changes are properly documented, approved, and communicated.
• Monitor and control project budget, proactively managing deviations and forecasting spend.

Reporting & Quality Assurance:

• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
• Prepare and present accurate, high-quality status reports and dashboards for executive review.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet specified quality standards and user requirements.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Project Management, managing large-scale, complex projects.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Certification: Active PMP (Project Management Professional) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is mandatory.

Technical Tools: Proficiency with Project Management software (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project, or Monday.com).

Skills: Exceptional communication (written and verbal), negotiation, and presentation skills.
