We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Management Officer (PMO) to be deployed at one of our prestigious projects in Riyadh. The selected candidate will support, manage, consult and oversee the successful delivery of Process reengineering, IT, strategic, and innovation initiatives at the corporate level. This role requires a hands-on professional with solid project governance skills, the ability to manage complex stakeholders, and a structured approach to project execution.
Key Responsibilities:-
Support the establishment and operation of the Project Management Office (PMO) for the client.

Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple strategic, IT, Process reengineering and innovation-related projects.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters, plans, risk registers, and status reports.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure project alignment with corporate objectives.

Monitor and report project progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior stakeholders.

Deliver customer advocacy via exemplary project delivery

Monitor the programme/project ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner and the appropriate corrective actions are implemented

Ensure adherence to the client’s project governance framework, methodologies, and standards.

Manage resource allocation and performance tracking across active projects.

Facilitate steering committee and stakeholder meetings, prepare dashboards and executive-level reports.

Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and PMO practices.
Minimum Skills & Qualifications:-
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

10+ years of relevant project management or PMO experience, preferably in Digital Transformation and strategic transformation projects – Preferably in Healthcare, Health Insurance projects.

Proven experience working in or with corporate-level PMOs.

Strong understanding of project governance, portfolio management, and risk management.

High Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA(Mandatory), Smartsheet, or similar).

Excellent communication, strong presentation & interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Ability to work independently under minimal supervision in a client-facing environment.
Preferred Qualifications / Certifications:
PMP or PRINCE2 Certification
English and Arabic language proficiency
