Job Description

Black & Grey HR is representing a leading construction and fit-out company in Dubai, UAE, seeking an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in high end hospitality and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery and interior fit out, with a proven ability to deliver large scale projects within time, cost, and quality parameters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full lifecycle of joinery and interior fit out projects-from concept, design coordination, and planning to execution, handover, and post delivery support.
  • Manage luxury hospitality, residential, and mixed use development projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and premium quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project execution strategies, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with design, production, and site teams.
  • Supervise multidisciplinary teams and external contractors, ensuring all work is executed per design intent, specifications, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain smooth project flow and proactive problem solving.
  • Oversee procurement schedules, shop drawings, sample approvals, and production milestones related to joinery and fit out elements.
  • Monitor project budgets, cost variations, and risk registers, ensuring strong commercial control and timely decision making.
  • Drive quality assurance and compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and local authority requirements.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients with complete transparency.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years in project management roles focused on joinery and interior fit out projects.
  • Proven experience in delivering large scale hospitality and residential projects in the UAE or GCC region.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast paced project environments.
  • Deep understanding of join production, fit out methodologies, and material procurement processes.
  • Expertise in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality management.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM, and MS Office Suite.Excellent communication and client management skills.
