Project Manager - Labware LIMS

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

• Conduct workshops with client stakeholders across multiple time zones.
• Document as-is and to-be workflows, data migration requirements, and key decisions.
• Coordinate with technical leads and 3rd party vendors on integration and ELN design.
• Develop discovery plans, WBS, resource plan, and effort estimates.
• Manage timelines, risks, and expectations.
• Conduct weekly reviews, progress reports, and issue-resolution meetings.
• Build trust with clients and teams through clarity, consistency, and ownership.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years in IT delivery, with 3+ years managing LabWare LIMS projects.
• Deep understanding of LIMS workflows, data models, and integrations.

• Skilled in planning, documentation, estimation, and stakeholder communication.
• LabWare Admin 1 certification required; PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
• Comfortable working with global teams across time zones.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Life Sciences.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
• Exposure to CSV / GxP training is desirable

WORK LOCATION

• (Remote / Hybrid – Raipur or Pune preferred) (For remote employees, travel to Raipur will be required for onboarding and for a two-week period every quarter)
