Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive experienced Landscape Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of landscape construction and enhancement projects. This role involves managing schedules, budgets, crews, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will drive project success while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Duties

• Work directly with account managers during the preparation phase for new landscape projects.
• Manage and provide leadership for 10 field employees, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with designers, estimators, and sales teams to understand project scope and client expectations.
• Deliver on-site guidance and direction to the team regarding the defined project scope.
• Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and manage labor, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal crews to ensure smooth project execution.
• Handle all aspects of ordering necessary landscape materials for projects.
• Monitor project budgets, track job costs, and report on project financials.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress, ensure quality control, and address any field issues.
• Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates, manage expectations, and resolve concerns.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Manage project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and closeout procedures.

Skills

• Demonstrable experience in landscape project management is required. Applications that do not meet this experience requirement will not receive a follow-up.
• Strong knowledge of landscape and irrigation design, installation, and maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Physical ability to lift to 50 pounds and perform site visits

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
