Offshore Project Manager (IT & Operations – Logistics Domain)

About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced Offshore Project Manager to lead technology and operations projects for a valued logistics and warehouse client. This is a hands-on role requiring a self-starter who can manage distributed teams, improve project management practices, and drive cross-functional initiatives with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and deliver IT and operational projects related to logistics and warehouse operations
Align cross-functional teams, track milestones, and ensure delivery of high-impact outcomes
Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication across time zones
Evaluate and improve existing PM tools and frameworks; recommend and implement new approaches
Create and maintain project documentation: timelines, RAID logs, status reports, resource tracking
Drive resolution of blockers through proactive communication and escalation
Collaborate closely with internal teams and client-side stakeholders in Pacific Standard Time (PST)
Requirements:Minimum 5 years of project management experience, ideally in IT or logistics-related environments
Proven ability to work autonomously and lead distributed teams
Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies
Familiarity with logistics, warehousing, or supply chain project domains is preferred
Excellent communication skills – must be fluent in spoken and written English
Experience with tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Asana, or Smartsheet
Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and deliver in a fast-paced environment
Schedule:
Must be available to work PST hours (U.S. West Coast

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
