Data Link Technology Services (DLTS) is a leading low-voltage and security systems integration contractor based in Chandler, AZ. With over 16 years of experience, we specialize in structured cabling, security, and technology infrastructure for commercial and multi-family projects. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial low-voltage and security system projects from planning through completion. This role requires leadership, technical understanding, and accountability for quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full project lifecycle - estimating support, submittals, procurement, scheduling, and closeout.
  • Oversee field operations and ensure all work is executed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness.
  • Coordinate with field supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and installation.
  • Review and process change orders, RFI responses, and budget adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, scope, and documentation requirements.
  • Conduct job walks and inspections to verify work progress and quality.
  • Prepare accurate project cost reports, forecasts, and documentation for management review.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could affect schedule, cost, or quality.
  • Provide feedback to estimating and leadership teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in low voltage cabling, access control, CCTV, or security systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of structured cabling, network infrastructure, and construction sequencing.
  • Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Procore (preferred), and project scheduling tools.
  • Knowledge of contract administration, budgets, and change management.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • BICSI certification or PMP preferred but not required.
